How do I book a service provider?
To book a service provider, simply download our app, create an account, browse through available service providers in your area, select the one that meets your needs, and book them through the app. You can specify the date, time, and details of the service you need.
How does payment work?
We use a secure escrow payment system. When you book a service, your payment is held securely until the service is completed to your satisfaction. Once you confirm the service is complete, we release the payment to the service provider.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
If you're not satisfied with the service, you can report the issue through our app within 48 hours of service completion. Our support team will mediate between you and the service provider to find a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.
Are service providers verified?
Yes, all our service providers go through a verification process that includes identity verification and background checks. However, we always recommend reviewing provider ratings and reviews before making a booking.

How do I become a service provider on Uven?
To become a service provider, download our provider app, create an account, complete your profile with your skills and experience, submit the required verification documents, and pass our background check. Once approved, you can start accepting service requests.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed through our secure escrow system. Once a client confirms that a service is completed satisfactorily, the payment (minus our service fee) is released to your account. You can then withdraw your earnings to your bank account or mobile money wallet.
What is the service fee?
Uven charges a service fee for each completed booking. This fee covers platform maintenance, marketing, customer support, and payment processing. The exact percentage will be clearly displayed in your provider agreement.
Can I set my own rates?
Yes, you have control over your pricing. You can set your hourly rates or fixed prices for specific services based on your expertise, market rates, and business goals.

How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, go to the login screen and click on "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to your profile settings, select "Account," and then "Delete Account." Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What devices are supported?
Our apps are available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download them from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our website is also optimized for all modern browsers.
